EFTR Module 1
€750
Open to:
Professional equine bodyworkers, horse owners, and riders who wish to deepen their understanding of the horse–human connection.
How are we able to unlock both physical and emotional trauma in our horses?
By understanding the fascia, we shift from traditional treatment practices to a revolutionary therapy protocol that transforms how we view movement, tension, and trauma in both horse and rider.
This workshop brings a new dimension to all existing forms of training and manual therapy. Because horse and rider are so deeply connected, a blockage in one often manifests in the other. Before a horse can be successfully treated, the rider must often address their own compensation patterns.
Participants will also explore the human side of trauma—learning how unprocessed stress and emotional imbalances can manifest as physical pain or dysfunction, and how to unlock these patterns for true healing and connection.
We’ll dive into the Human Algorithm and Polyvagal Theory, exploring how our state of being directly influences those around us—especially the horses we work with.
