Horse and rider are uniquely connected and as such, when there is a blockage in one, it manifests into the other. Because of this, before a horse can be successfully treated, one must often look at the rider first and provide the necessary tools to correct their own compensation patterns.
This workshop also focuses on deepening the Human’s perspective of our own trauma and unlocking the patterns that keep us trapped in illness, pain and dysfunction, especially in the realm of mental health.
