Terms and Conditions:
Acknowledgment of Risk: I acknowledge that participating in the Fascia and Trauma Release course involves inherent risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to risks associated with handling humans, horses, and dogs, as well as potential risks related to performing fascia and trauma release techniques.
Assumption of Risk: I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in the Fascia and Trauma Release course, including but not limited to risks of injury, harm, or damage to myself or others, and risks of damage to property.
Release of Liability: In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Fascia and Trauma Release course, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Liza Kimble, its directors, officers, employees, instructors, agents, and representatives, or the hosting venue (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”), from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, injury, or harm, including death, that may be sustained by me or by any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in the Fascia and Trauma Release course.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to my participation in the Fascia and Trauma Release course.
Founder’s Statement: I acknowledge that Liza Kimble is the founder of Fascia and Trauma Release and that the techniques taught in this course are proprietary to her. I understand and agree that under no circumstances am I allowed to use these techniques for paying clients under her name unless I have completed a full externship and have been certified as a Liza Kimble practitioner.
No Warranty: I acknowledge that Liza Kimble makes no representations or warranties regarding the effectiveness, safety, or suitability of the fascia and trauma release techniques taught in the course. I understand that any techniques or methods learned during the course are to be used at my own risk and discretion.
Photography and Video: I consent to the use of any photographs, videos, or other media taken during the Fascia and Trauma Release course for promotional, educational, or other purposes by Liza Kimble.
Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Liza Kimble (Pty) Ltd operates, including international laws applicable to the respective jurisdiction, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

I have read and understand this Indemnity Agreement, and I voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
