Every individual operates according to a set of patterns, systems, and behaviours that together form an algorithm governing reactions, responses, and interactions with their environment. Achieving harmony among the mind, body, spirit, and emotions is essential for renewed vitality and embodied awareness within a secure framework. It is this conscious understanding that informs and advances the healing process.

The series examines how individuals encounter adversity, respond to challenges, and ultimately recover. Persistently reliving personal narratives rooted in shame and trauma can reinforce these experiences; however, this program provides effective tools to transform such narratives into sources of empowerment. This process exemplifies post-traumatic growth.

Humans are inherently interconnected—no one exists in isolation. The perception of separation is an illusion, a concept well-articulated by the South African philosophy of Ubuntu: “I am because you are.” Humanity is fundamentally collective rather than individualistic.

Our shared experiences shape not only our present but also influence the future and contribute to healing past wounds.

5-week evening series, with each week featuring:

  • TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises)
  • Interoception practices through the fascial system and safe touch.
  • Shadow-to-light tracking
  • Journaling and self-observation, especially of triggers and responses
  • Nervous system and fascial biology,
  • Self-empowerment
  • A focus on participants mastering their nervous system awareness.

Week 1

  • What is the Polyvagal theory
  • Meeting one’s natural self and the algorithm
  • Identify the shadow: negative self-belief, self-sabotage, and reactivity
  • Nervous system reset with TRE

Week 2

  • What is fascia, and how is it connected to your state of being
  • What is interoception, and how does the fascia store memory
  • The power of the victim, and states of pain in the brain
  • Track your personal algorithm and observe it play out in the nervous system
  • Vagal reset through sound/movement/voice/TRE

Week 3

  • Exploring the choice of focus vs fear.
  • Regain fascial health through self-massage and scar release techniques
  • The psoas’ role in trauma and emotions
  • Reset with TRE and psoas activation 

 Week 4

  • Reclaiming your inner power and womb space(masculine or feminine)
  • Stepping into the light side of the algorithm
  • Unlock creativity and self-mastery
  • Self-healing cranio-sacral techniques
  • Reset with TRE

Week 5

  • Meeting the natural self
  • Refining awareness training
  • co-dependency to co-empowerment.
  • Reflections of the 5 weeks and a gathering together
  • Reset with TRE
